I was at first very pleased with this cable, I had bought 2 so I would have one for home and one for work. The one I had at work I have only used 3 times; already the lightning end has bent so badly it will not charge my iPad. I am not rough with my electronics and can't imagine what would have caused it to bend like that; I tried straightening it out but it still will not charge anything. I cannot recommend this charging cable.
