So I got this out of the box today to use and the shank of the mandrel (the grinder at the top) won't fit in the collet included in this box (basically the grinder attached to the stick won't fit into the hole). From the instruction manual the only thing I can see is that I would need to get a bigger collet, which I can purchase at a store. But this was supposed to be a simple, easy, put together and use product... Disappointed. If I'm clearly doing this wrong, then some actual helpful instructions would be great.
