Well, got my computer, unboxed it, fired it up and it was awesome. Downloaded some essential programs and waited to give it a try. After a few minutes of playing a game the computer crashed and rebooted. Ran a self diagnoses. Something wrong with the fans. Ran the repair. Everything was ok. Started the game up. Same thing except this time it kept rebooting and crashing over and over on it’s own. Finally called Dell support. It was quick and the guy was helpful but after over 2 hours he couldn’t fix it. Called Amazon. They would return it but they can’t replace it and the price had jumped $700. Unhappy. That’s putting it mildly.
