The system is wonderful, I've owned each of their models since the S5. The S7 works extremely well, and is a wonderful robovac. To purchase it alone it is a great deal. The issue is the self emptying dock REQUIRES specific bags be installed. Not only are the bags a serious hassle to pull out of the system and put back in, once you remove a bag it breaks it and you cannot reattach the bag. It means you can't see how full a bag is or when to empty. They system also won't turn on unless you have one of their bags properly installed. It is SO MUCH EASIER to just pop the entire plastic bin out and walk it over to the trash... But you can't just empty it like every other vacuum on the planet. You juggle the canister over your trashcan, try to get the bag out and spill any excess dust into the trashcan. If they would just sell the BAGLESS version they have in other parts of the world (or let us buy the bagless adapter) it would easily resolve the issue. They MAKE the bagless version, they just aren't selling it here. Right now, what could be a simple one handed operation to pull the canister and dumb it into the trash becomes an elaborate trial of frustration fighting with this pointless bag.
