Length was spot on, width was good, arch support was good - but the instep (top part) is VERY low. If you have a high instep, don't bother with this brand at all. If you are familiar with how high the instep is on Clark's brand, it's about the same. It's a shame too - everything else was exactly what I wanted. But I can't wear them. If only shoes included instep measurements somehow...
