This thermometer is very inaccurate. Once I took my son to urgent care because it said he had a temperature of over 105 (tried multiple readings), but when I got there, it was 101. I've gotten a reading on myself of 107.1, but it that case I had readings ranging from 98 to 107. I like that it takes a quick reading so I use it, and if I suspect that someone has a fever, than I will use a cheap underarm thermometer to actually get a reading. I've had this for a year, and it has now stopped working. It says to go to the website, which directs me to the app. I try to connect it and it says to make sure it is turned on and in range. It is both. I'm very disappointed in this expensive product. I was hoping for a quick, reliable thermometer, and while it is quick, it is anything but reliable or accurate.
