Was a good hitch until it busted in half while my husband was driving 65 down the interstate. Load weight was well under maximum capacity. Rated at 5000 pounds towing a 3500 capacity trailer-the trailer being towed weighed 800 pounds with a 1410 pound load. We bought it in may and it lasted us until yesterday. Thankfully no one was hurt and our merchandise on our trailer was not damaged. Will have a really hard time buying another one. Didn't break on a pin or a weld. The tube broke off clean at the bumper.
