Poorly packaged,missing parts and access cover over tighten.
Pump parts loose in box. Back of pump cover broken. No o,rings to seal fittings to pump body. At this point the pump was going back and I should have put it back in the box. I had to open the access cover. The cover was tight,when it open, one catch fell off. Disgusted l put it back on with one catch and that fell off. And yes I do know which way to turn the cover I own other pumps.
