Some good info but feels rushed
I like what Ben aka Kneeovertoesguy is doing for bringing awareness to exercises that strengthen knees and wanted to show support by buying this book. It has some helpful information and explains different exercises. However, I have some issues with the book. -It has several typos which comes across unprofessional and amateur. Like, simple proofreading... -Tons of anecdotes and unproven claims that are just unnecessary. Some exercises aren't explained at all. Example: ATG split squat pulses regression pg 34-40. Literally 7 pages on this exercise and all it talks about is sinovial fluid, how to assist using your hands or a PVC pipe, why the exercise will help, using a slantboard instead of Olympic lifting shoes, stories from his college days, yada yada. It literally doesn't even explain how to perform the exercise and what a "pulse" consists of. Huge wtf. -This book could have easily been combined with his other book. The amount of quality information could have been consolidated and put in one. There's absolutely no reason there should be two separate books to buy to get the information on these exercises when the cost of either and the actual substance contained doesn't equate. Again I'd like to emphasize I like what Ben is doing for the world but I had to be honest with this review. If you can pick this up used for $5 it might be worth it.
