I was so excited to get this so I could use it with embroidery specifically appliqués. Totally disappointed- had my design load correctly but had to resize it in the design space as it had independently modified the size. Was able to work around that and was ready to go. I use the print and then cut feature and it printed out exactly how I wanted and the size. Now time to cut - it did it’s thing and it came out short and fat and it repositioned it on the fabric. I thought ok let me try it again. Repeated the process and it printed exactly the same and then went to cut — this time it was tall and skinny. I gave it one more shot and this time it cut off part of the design despite being centered in the design space. So it’s going back today .
