I have purchased two of these mattress pads so far. I loved both of them until one pad, which had very little use, "leaked" in my washer. I had carefully followed the laundering directions. Only one area was effected, but for a pricier mattress pad, it was unacceptable. I called the supplier. The best that they could do was offer me a 20% discount on a new purchase. I took a pass. I don't want to risk another problem.
