This was a really nice convection oven. It looked nice, and performed very well. The "stainless" steel surfaces did develop discolorations, and the "non-stick" slide out interior bottom refused to release foods that had dripped onto it. I have made light to moderate use of it daily for less than a year. Today I tried to open the front door, and it seemed reluctant to open. I tugged a little harder and the front glass window shattered into a million pieces that flew all over my kitchen, leaving tiny sharp pieces of glass on the floor, on my countertops, and in my dishes. I have uploaded a horrifying photo of this atrocity onto the product page, hoping it will not be removed. UPDATE: I see that the photo I uploaded has in fact been removed. Now I am REALLY suspicious.
