Update 4/23/2018: Product died after 5 years. I was expecting longer service life. It would not spray water any more. I cleaned nozzles, drained the tank, unplugged and reset. Called customer service and was told repair cost would be up to $250. It appears something is wrong with the water level sensor. Update 2015 This product has everything I expect: controls for warm water, air and seat; sprayer positing; Kids mode, etc. I rated it a 4.5 stars - the following can be improved: 1) The manual should've mentioned how to control air temperature (I had to call to find out. It turns out the water temperature button is used) 2) Some of the button descrriptions are confusing (For example, under "Air" on Page 9, I don't exactly understand why "Cleaning: this function is always on" is mentioned here 3) There is no "Pulsation" button as mentioned in the manual (It is the Massage button) 4) On Page 3 of the Instruction Manual, no washer is mentioned as an accessory for the 3/8 spare nut. It is not in the installation diagram either. Inside the nut is copper while outside is steel which make me believe this is some sort of compression connection to the shutoff valve. But it is not and I had to get a washer due to leaking. A white hard plastic "washer" is in the bag but it does not look like a regular washer because it is very hard and the hold is very small compared to the inside of the 3/8 tube. ----------------updated on Jan 2, 2014 Increasing rating from 4 to 5!
