Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this product because my new Internet provider suggested I get a backup 600 VA 330 Watt Unit to protect my system. I should have read the negative reviews before I purchased this piece of garbage (and that’s where it’s going in a minute....in the garbage! It lasted ten days before the alarm started beeping. I called Schneider Electric for technical support and followed their procedures: Unplug the unit, try a different outlet, remove and disconnect the battery, reseat the battery, reset, plug in again.....and still not working....just beeping itself into oblivion with its little blinking red light. So in the trash it goes but, happily, Amazon comes to the rescue with a full refund (Schneider wanted me to mail it back to them and it’s so heavy it would have cost me a ton!). I need to get a replacement but don’t know what to get.....any suggestions?
