Looked at so many different toppers but ordered this based on the sellers claim it was extra thick, 3 inches. It is not even close to that. The picture they have on Amazon is nothing like what you will receive. On others recommendation, I opened my topper and let it lay on top of the bed to decompress. When it didn’t, I tossed it in my dryer on air fluff hoping to see some improvement. The topper never fluffed and is roughly an inch or less, there is nothing extra thick about this topper. Nonetheless, I stuck it on the bed to give it a shot. It lacked any softness and I would equate it to laying on a light weight blanket. I see some people thought this was the cat’s meow. Maybe the manufacturer has changed. What is being shipped out now is not as advertised. Very disappointed with this. Folded it up and my dog sleeps on it now.
