Overall, I'm impressed with the build quality, the features and the display (not so much the packaging, a decent box would be appreciated!). But I've tested this carefully and thoroughly against a similar unit of different make/model (Jackery 1000). The Delta has a 1260 Wh battery, while the competitor unit has a 1002 Wh battery. For some unknown reason the competitor unit lasts twice as long, that's right TWICE as long! If you are looking for a unit to actually provide power for an extended period of time for your devices, DON'T buy this one. Really, really disappointed and...naturally, can't return it based on Amazon's return policy. Seeking support from the manufacturer, who is currently on Holiday...for the second week in October? Not feeling hopeful...
