I had this headset for less than one year before it broke. Overall, the unit sounds great. It has cool light profiles, and works well in-conjunction with the other logitech gaming gear. The ears are comfortable and it is nice having the ability to take off the magnetic aesthetic pieces on the ears. Sound quality is good, I can tell where people are in games like PUBG, movies sound good, and other media sounds good too. I enjoy the features on the ear which allow modification of volume and sound profiles on the fly with three programmable buttons. Why did I give it a one star? because there is a fatal mechanical design flaw on the ear pieces where they "swivel," "bend" and "flex" to adjust to your ears. The plastic inside is weakened by use, eventually resulting it a catastrophic failure. Now my headphones do not seal around my ears, they sit limply at the bottom and tight at the top. It becomes apparent after the part fails exactly how much stress is placed on the plastic internal, all the flexing from the metal band connecting the ear pieces is focused onto this pencil sized piece of plastic in which the cables run. This weakens the plastic even further. So what can you do to fix it when this inevitable design failure comes to fruition? Good question, I am still trying to figure that out. I tried super-gluing the plastic piece together, but the amount of "flex" in the headset results in too much pressure on the super-glue resulting in further catastrophic failure. One year is not enough time for this product to complete its lifespan.
