This product does the work, flavors are mostly decent. My problem has to do with ethical practices. I first order the trial product (comes with 3) to see if it actually worked for me and it did, helped me stay awake at work the days I was struggling. However I read several reviews that mentioned receiving less packages than what the box said so that is why I decided to count the contents of my 30 box item, and there it was ONLY 29! I counted 3 times because I couldn’t believe it! One at a time you can make another box to sale to someone else that will not check. This is like working in a bank and stealing a penny from every account: to the patron a penny is not very significant but it can make the person stealing a millionaire. Very disappointed. (And the box has a seal that I had to cut).
