Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The earbuds were great for the two days they worked. Then the charging case stopped charging the earbuds. I tried to resolve this by contacting Jabra customer support and they refused to help, saying that Amazon is not an approved retailer, so they would not honor the warranty!! Thankfully, Amazon took the item back and gave a full refund. But what does this say about Jabra that they would not honor their warranty? I won't buy their products any more.
