I was looking for an espresso machine that could produce good crema in the comfort of my home. After going back and forth between this machine and the older model I opted for this machine since I liked the design better. Big mistake. The crema this machine produces is not good at all, which defeats the purpose of getting this machine in the first place. Don’t get me wrong, the coffee still tastes great but as a barista of 5 years, I just can’t get past all the air bubbles in the crema. If you’re looking for a machine that produces great crema, this is not it.
