After allowing 72 hours for the mattress to expand after unpacking, I was disappointed to see that it had expanded to only about 12", which is well short of the advertised 14". This led me to call Amazon support, in hopes of getting advice or an exchange... Upon seeing the order and hearing my complaint, the CSR simply offered me a full refund and told me to dispose of the mattress as I saw fit. No questions, no troubleshooting, no advice. I found this slightly suspicious, so I decided to cut the thing open to see what the real problem was. As it turns out, this mattress has no memory foam! No gel! No four inches of multilayered engineered comfort! It is simply a 1.5" piece of standard packing foam. It's a total fraud. See the attached video for proof!
