This litter box is OKAY, as far as top-entry boxes go. However, it seems like the indented "handle" designed into the bottom of the box was not placed there because it makes sense, but rather to force customers to buy their upsell plastic bags/"liners" *** There is an area at the bottom of the box, along one of the short sides, that looks like an exterior handle, where litter clumps up and is quite difficult to remove without inadvertentely breaking up the clump and possibly making a mess. There is no apparent purpose for this "handle" to be there other than to get in the way and make cleaning your box more difficult, unless of course you buy their plastic liners*** Thanks guys, I'm still not going to buy your square plastic bags. I'm just going to buy a different box.
