Extremely easy to assemble and use. Feels sturdy. Very inexpensive compared to others I looked at. Very noisy. Noise canceling headphones are a must. I usually watch tv while on the treadmill but the sound bar on high is outmatched by the sound of the wining resistance gears. Speaking of resistance there doesn’t seem to be much change between lightest and hardest setting. And the hardest setting is not very hard. I have my bike on it’s highest gear and I can peddle freely on lvl 8, the highest setting, without much trouble. I may have to trade this in for a more expensive option. Please see the picture of the tire tread, smooth where it contacts the wheel so I know that’s not the sound. And the video will play the song of the banshees wale for you.
