I really loved this grill when I purchased it less than a year ago. I even purchased all the available accessories such as waffle plates etc. My issue is with the ceramic grill plates. In the beginning these were so good now everything sticks even bacon! I have always washed by hand never put in dishwasher. I made some burgers today for lunch and oiled the grill and oiled the burgers because everything is sticking lately (the idea was to have less fat not more but I digress...). After two or three minutes I tried to open the lid to check the burgers, the burgers ripped apart leaving part of the burger on the top and part on the bottom of the grill. I oiled the grill plates and added extra oil on both sides of the burgers, this is totally unacceptable! Come on George what's up with these ceramic plates!
