I got this for christmas, and was super excited to use it. I had it warm up, and it stopped but when I went to turn it on to the second switch to start melting it didn’t work. I waited, and started again, but this time instead of it going off in 10 minutes for me to start melting chocolate, it never stopped. I think I waited a full hour before I finally decided to put my chocolate in and it had gotten so hot that it caused my chocolate to burn! I tried to get through their customer support but all I was meant with was a lot of waiting, a repeating message of “the extension you requested is not valid. Please wait” and then when it finally gets an open on ringing until it’s picked up and then hung up on.
