So many of the 5 star reviewers have no previous reviews. Ok, so do a number of the low star reviewers. But I have to agree with the negative reviews. It's another one of those fake thread count products. (The threads are made up of multiple strands, and each part of the strand is counted as a thread, even though they add up to only 1 thread). It's a decent sheet and pillow covers, but if you want real 1000TC or 1200TC, you're going to need to pay at least $300. Here's a single-ply, genuine high thread count example: X-tra Luxury collection - "Genuine 1000 Thread Count" Egyptian Cotton QUEEN Sheet Sets [BABY BLUE Solid / Plain Pattern]. Notice in the closeup the threads can't be made out. This product had no closeup until I uploaded one to the customer images.
