Don't say you were not warned. If you buy this product, expect to continue paying out $100 every 2 years for the replacement of the defective pan. Mine peeled so badly, it became extremely sharp on the edges. Keep in mind that it is only my husband and I that use it, and we're always very careful with expensive products that we buy. I emailed the company, and they save their backs by saying, "it is stated that it is only ONE year warranty". So basically, they must make lots of money from selling you parts that go bad after 1 years. It is too bad I didn't read all the 1 star review before I bought mine. I feel that the 5 star review are people who only have it for less than 1 year. In summary, if I was to keep my rice cooker in working condition for 10 years, I would have paid $800+ for it. Do you really think it is worth it?
