I was really excited about the idea of minimal packaging and no plastic. Plus it's not messy at all since it's neither powder nor liquid, but rather a sheet. Downsides, my laundry smells terrible. Like unclean. I keep having to use bleach with every load to get rid of the smell. I don't want to use bleach in every load. Also, it leaves this funky, gummy substance that can only be described as a kind of washing machine slime on one or two items in each load (most likely the clothes closest to the detergent sheet). Then I have to soak those in the sink to get it off. It says it can be used at any temperature, but the cold water clothes smell worse. I've only used half of the box, but I'm throwing the rest away and switching to something else
