I had this set at 350* and was in the middle of using it. The hot plate completely fell off of the handle when it was raised. The shirt I was making was stuck and ruined, but I'm grateful it was the shirt and not my hand. Four HOT screws and washers went flying; one of which hit my two year old in the arm. My husband looked at the heat press and said all four spots where the screws go were stripped. He tried putting the screws back in but there was nothing for them to stick to. He said it's cheaply made to begin with. The pieces didn't even line up properly. When he took the black cover off the metal plate, the padding on the inside wasn't even in one piece. Needless to say, I'm pretty ticked. I'm on a deadline for a 95 tshirt and 40 cup order needed within a week and now I have to return this one and wait on a new one to arrive.
