Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I rarely give a product bad review unless I am really disappointed, like this one. I need two 90 angle surge protector outlets, this one is cheap and has 4.5 out of 292 reviews, so I thought it won't be too wrong. When I received them I was curious enough to check them but didn't find any description about "surge protector" on the outlets, so I disassembled it. How dare the manufacture states it is a "surge protector"!!!! Here is the comparison, the left hand side is a $5.5 AmazonBasics surge protector, the right hand side is this product, you can tell from the picture, this one only has one small resistor and one small capacitor!!! While the $5.5 AmazonBasics has a big circuit board !
