I ordered one of these several days ago. When it arrived, the box looked ok but the product was rattling badly inside the box. Upon opening, I found the bulb was broken and there were 2 screws rattling loose inside the box along with some small pieces of plastic. I processed a return/replacement, figuring it was just handled roughly during shipping. The second one arrived today (2/8/19) also rattling, though not as bad. Upon opening, I could see there were 2 small screws and 2 broken pieces of plastic rattling around free in the box. This time, the bulb wasn't broken but it was pretty obvious why the first came broken as the plastic pieces holding the metal cage around the bulb were broken on this unit and the metal cage swinging back and forth as the product is moved. It appears that the build quality of this item is poor, causing the plastic to break easily, making the product too dangerous to use. I am returning this one for a refund and will order another brand instead. It is disappointing since I have had this brand in prior years and it arrived in good shape, worked well.
