I was super excited about this products and had high hopes for this. Unfortunately, I was let down and put in danger. Toast did not come out how it shows on the display. Bread I used was fresh & room temp. As you can see in the picture attached, on the first go, it did not toast well at all. The whole idea of touch screen and feeling high tech was EVERYTHING to me. I absolutely love the look and idea of this. For $300, there shouldn’t be any flaws Update 1/14/2022: I highly suggest up go up on toast level to achieve the color you want. The overall concept is still impressive and cool. YES PEOPLE WILL PAY $300 FOR A TOUCH SCREEN TOASTER!! YOLO! You can’t take it with you when you go so you might as well splurge and enjoy when you got it! =)
