I was highly disappointed with my purchase mainly because the quality did not live up to the price. Everything I heard about Yeti's made them sound nearly magical in their ability to keep ice. I went camping last weekend and my sister's Coleman retained the ice just as well as my Roadie 20 (less than 48 hours). I did well to keep it out of the sun, have a good ice/content ratio, and to not open too frequently and it apparently made no difference. I contacted Yeti because I actually thought there was a manufacturing defect in my cooler and they told me that the smaller coolers are not meant to keep ice as long. If that is the case, I think the Roadie 20 is wildly overpriced. I guess there is still a chance that mine is defective but the return window is lapsed so I'll never know.
