This throw might be okay in a house where it’s not necessary to wash it frequently (or ever). It doesn’t hold up well in the washer. I bought two throws in white. One of them I used to decorate a chair and the other I attempted to use on the couch to cuddle with my beagle dogs. Because i have a couple little dogs, I wash linens frequently. After two washes, the furry side was no longer soft and became rough. Also, both washes it shed like crazy. It’s so cute when you pull it out of the package, but it’s not functional. I would recommend something else for consistent use.
