I like the service, but strongly suggest removing the tip. I have no problem tipping generously in service industries where tips are traditionally expected and you know a person is counting on them for their income. In fact, I actually drove up to the pizza place to tip my driver when I realized we had forgotten at the time he brought the pizza. However, to me this falls in the same category as tip jars at coffee shops, and asking to give a tip for service before that service is rendered defeats the purpose. Call it a delivery charge, because that's what it ends up being. I used the service once, but the tip expectation has stopped me a couple of times when I considered using it again. I'm sure others are doing so as well, and Amazon is losing sales.
