Nowhere in the Amazon product description does it tell you what versions of iOS are supported by Kardia Mobile, the app required for use of this device. In fact, it's not mentioned in the manual either. The description on the App Store says it is compatible with versions of iOS 9.0 and beyond. I just paid $99 for it, only to find that it will not work with my iPhone 7 Plus which runs 10.3. I called support and was told they are aware of the issue and that they only support up to iOS version 10.0. So, if you regularly update your iOS version for security reasons( and you should), you may find that Kardia is not compatible. I guess potentially it could stop operating after future updates?? Who knows. According to their support they are aware of the issue, but cannot supply a timeline for resolution On the bright side, the box I received does include a clip I can stick to my phone and then slide the Kardia into. That was a nice surprise. Tip: Before purchasing, check your version of iOS - tap Settings, then About on your iPhone. Scroll Down to Version. If the number is greater than 10.0 this device may not work.
