I've had my Flexispot since 2018. I used it on and off for the first year or so, and then daily for most of 2020. It worked beyond my expectations until one of the belts inside snapped. I contacted the company and have heard nothing back. There is literally no information available online about repairing the bike. If there were parts readily available, this review would be a different story. I had to use guess work to get the entire thing apart, which confirmed my suspicion that a belt snapped. I was able to track down something similar using a part number on the snapped belt. It was nearly impossible to get the new belt cut to size right and situated correctly. I also needed to order specialty tools (a crank puller) just to get in and diagnose the problem. It's now reassembled and kind of in working condition. This seems like an easily avoidable issue. Something this large and expensive should not be made to be used until it breaks. What I originally would have given a 5 gets a 1 because of the repairability issue.
