Did not work & not very customer friendly
Did not appreciably speed up my Windows computer. I was not able to try it right away and did not request a RMA until slightly after the 30 return guarantee and they refused the return. Bottom line... Make sure you want to try this item and if it does not work return it right away. They apparently are not very customer friendly!
