On October 28, 2010 I downloaded Quicken 2011 from Amazon.Digital Services, Inc., Price: $40.17 After Quicken 2011 software uninstalled a previous Quicken program and installed the new version, it was apparent that Quicken 2011 was not configured with several large banking companies. It also turned out that is non-compliant with other software programs. After 4 days of activating and deactivating bank account one-step updates in Quicken while speaking and sending log files to Quicken support, it was obvious that, not only were they aware that there were big problems but they were also aware that they had no apparent fixes. Attempting to roll back to the previously working version, was equally as frustrating when the "software hooks" that kept 2011 from syncing with several banks had left enough traces on my hard drive to keep the previous working version of Quicken to now mimic the same problems as 2011. At a minimum, Intuit should at least create an uninstall problem that will totally remove 2011 until they can create a piece of software that works. I lost $40 and all my confidence in Intuit. It's three weeks since Quicken support said they would "get back to me" and I doubt that will happen any time soon. To put out an early release of a piece of software with so many flaws is a sure way to lose your customer base.
