I ordered the book & software kit, and am unable to download the software. Nolo no longer honors my old password. Nolo's "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" feature will not send me an e-mail (Yes I'm sure it wasn't caught in a spam filter). Nolo won't let me create an account with my e-mail as password telling me that account already exists. I can not retrieve the product download that comes with the book. Nolo support is completely non responsive. I paid the price, but I did not retrieve the software part of the product.
