Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I hardly ever write reviews much less negative reviews. I feel I need to warn you before you purchase this product. First this product came in bubble wrap and no packaging whatsoever. Second the content inside was watery (not thick like real rose oil) and didn’t smell pure. You could smell additives. Third when I tried to return it, it says the seller has NO return policy - translation I am out $45 and stuck with something I do NOT want. I am going to call Amazon customer service to see if they can help. If you are the seller of this product and reading this review, you Ought to rethink your selling practices since this is NOT how business is run.
