This product removed year old urine stains (sigh, rescued Chihuahua) - had tried many other cleaners and this is first that took the old marks totally out. A few stains required two or three treatments but was ultimately successful. It has been a lifesaver! Will definitely buy again as I want to make sure I always have on hand. Update - Originally 5 stars but after a few months my carpet glowed where ever I used product. It took stains out but apparently altered fibers. It wasn’t apparent immediately. I wished I had not used it in so many places.
