The clip that holds the collar onto the unit broke while on the dog, rendering the unit worthless. It lasted 4.5 weeks. I expected better quality plastic and design to be used. 1 email and 2 phone calls to the seller and still no response. While it was attached to the collar it worked OK with exception to the occasional unresponsiveness of the unit despite being charged. Would not recommend the product nor the seller.
