Device had a minor scratch on the back, no problem right? So I thought, until after about two hours of using the iPad, the digitizer (the touch sensor) became completely unresponsive. Cannot trust this certified refurbished product. Going to Apple, same price much higher quality refurbished products! I dabbled in the third-party area, and I got burnt!
