Had to take it for repair twice after using it less than a handful of times (about 7) around the house. The second time it was a bad pump. Hose also split but not covered after 3 months. A customer service rep said he will send a replacement but never did. When I called to check there was no record of it. They don't have enough service locations. I live in a count with over 2 million.
