This product is the result of poor quality control or it does not live up to its own standards in general. The first month I was impressed because it worked well but it does not hold up. The coating or whatever they used is cracking and food sticks to it all the time and I have to put in a lot of work to get the stuck food off of it. I have pots and pans years older than this one that work better. I bought this because I though it was time to replace my old ones but that was a mistake. I don't even use metal utensils on these even when cleaning and I have to use large quantities of oil to try to avoid food sticking to the pan even with an egg which is supposed to slide around easily as they claim. you can see evidence of cracking in the coating in the photo as well as how the egg gets stuck to it. I am going to see if there is any way to get a replacement or return but I am not happy with the quality of this product and I recommend others to consider choosing a different product over this.
