I had purchased a Toto C200 in February 2017 on Amazon as we had just moved back to the states and had to wait 2 months for our container to arrive. I have been using the Clean Sense DIB 1500R which I loved but was getting old and tired and needed something to use till my container arrived and we could get unpacked. I am very disappointed in the C200 especially since it was more expensive. I think I will eventually clean up my Clean Sense DIB 1500R and replace the Toto C200. I can't believe all the hype about the Toto. I was expecting a great experience and am very disappointed as it just does not clean as well as the Clean Sense DIB 1500R and I always have to wipe with the Toto. Cons: 1. warm water only last 30 seconds 2. spray is too concentrated and the swath is not wide enough to clean completely and if you set the pressure to high it hurts and can injure you. 3. there is no back up manual buttons on the seat itself so if anything happens to the remote or the batteries die, you’re screwed. 4. pulse and oscillating features are so slight you barely notice the difference.
