Our 3 year old Tempurpedic was HORRIBLE and Tempurpedic would not honor warranty, shopped for a $4K Sleep Number but was told by salesman to try this mattress and for the price we decided to, Very happy we did , even if this mattress only last for 1-2 years for the price we can replace a $4k mattress 13 times. Economically it makes sense! But after it arrived we expect this mattress to last much longer than 1-2 years. 😎 Update: as I expected the integrity of the mattress started degrading at about 10 months from purchase. And I contacted customer support and they require a picture with a straight item laid across the dip and this is a SCAM! Even if the mattress looses its integrity it will not maintain the dip after it fluffs backup when you get off, but when you lay back on it you sink in the spot making rolling over very difficult and the more the mattress looses its integrity the deeper you sink and then the side of your body in the deep depression gets very hot. This mattress is designed on to rotate not to flip.
