After using 6/7 times the chair is stuck in 0 gravity position. Would not go back to normal position. When I complained they sent me a electronic board to be replace. by myself. I am 70 years old seiner Citizen. I dont know where to change as there was no instruction to do it. when I sent an email for instruction the answer is " It is easy .You will be able to do it !" I understand when you buy from a unknown seller this is what you get. Look Wise I will give 5 star Price wise I will give 4 Star * Customer Service I will give 1 star * Comfort wise I will give 1 star * ( the rollers are very hard. sometime I suspect it is damaging my back). I learned a very costly lesson that dont buy anything by how it looks and price.
