Update: Very disappointed to receive an email with a bribe from the seller to give me a full refund, plus $100 to remove this review, whihc is just wrong. I am lowering my review from 3 stars to one star because of the email bribe. Original review: Limitedd on adjustability for the size of person, limited power, so you are not able to go very deep on the massage. No battery pack, so must keep it plugged in. Overall it's decent and not a bad value, but if you're going to spend the $ ob a massager it's probably worth getting a more powerful one.
